We offer 7days of Return / Exchange of shipment after delivery of shipment.

Even within the 7-day window, we allow exchanges only once. We kindly request that you choose your size or color thoughtfully during the initial exchange, as we do not offer a Return/Exchange policy for exchange orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 


For Prepaid Orders :

1. Original Payment Mode:

   • Refund will be processed to the bank account that is provided by you at the time of raising the request. 

   • A ₹99 standard processing fee will be deducted.

   • The refund amount will be credited within 5–6 business days after return confirmation.

     Refunds (if applicable)
     Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
     If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
     
     Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
     If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account statement because bank refunds will take 1-2 business days.

     Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
